The Bible Band is a Christian NFC wristband that gives you daily Scripture, a pastor-written devotion, guided prayer, audio, large print text, and a free One-Year Bible Reading Plan — all with one tap of your phone. No app. No subscription. No setup.
Three Simple Steps
1. Wear Your Band
Put on The Bible Band like any wristband. Wear it as a daily reminder that God’s Word goes with you — to work, to school, to the gym, to the grocery store. Every time you glance at it, it’s a nudge to stay rooted in Scripture.
2. Tap Your Phone
Hold your NFC-enabled smartphone near the band. Your phone will show a small notification at the top of the screen. Tap it. That’s it.
- iPhone: Tap the top edge of your phone to the band
- Android: Tap the center back of your phone to the band
No app to download. No account to create. No login required. Just tap and go.
3. Read, Listen & Pray
Your phone opens today’s page instantly. Everything you need for a few minutes with God is right there:
- Daily Scripture — A Bible passage chosen for today
- Pastor-Written Devotion — Written by a real pastor, not AI — with biblical truth and practical encouragement
- Guided Prayer — A short prayer prompt to help turn God’s Word into conversation with Him

What Is NFC?
NFC stands for Near Field Communication — the same technology your phone already uses for Apple Pay and Google Pay. It’s built into most smartphones made after 2018.
The Bible Band has a tiny NFC chip embedded inside. The chip has no battery and doesn’t need to be charged — ever. When you hold your phone close, your phone sends a small radio signal that wakes up the chip, and the chip sends back a link that opens today’s devotion page. The whole exchange happens in less than a second.
Think of it like this: your phone knocks, the band answers, and a door opens to God’s Word.
Compatible Devices
The Bible Band works with most smartphones made after 2018:
- iPhone 7 and newer — tap the top edge of your phone to the band
- Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Motorola, and most Android phones — tap the center back of your phone to the band
Not sure if your phone has NFC? Go to Settings and search “NFC.” If it appears, you’re good to go. Or contact us and we’ll help you figure it out.
Not Working? Try This.
- Make sure your phone screen is on and unlocked
- Try the top edge (iPhone) or center back (Android)
- Remove your phone case — thick or metal cases can block the signal
- Confirm NFC is enabled in your phone settings
- Hold steady for 2–3 seconds rather than a quick tap
