Our Promise

We want you to love your Bible Band. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn bands in original condition. To start a return, email us at clark@thebibleband.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your band arrived damaged or the NFC chip isn't working, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

NFC Issues

If your NFC tap isn't working, first check that NFC is enabled on your device. If the issue persists, contact us — we'll troubleshoot or replace your band.
