Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at clark@thebibleband.com. Approved returns must be sent to: Bible House Goods, 405 E 15th St, El Dorado, AR 71730, United States. Please contact us before mailing a return so we can provide approval and return instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Please contact us with questions about a specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Preorders and cancellations
Preorder dates are estimates. Current Bible Band preorders are expected to ship by September 6, 2026. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship together when all items are ready. You may request cancellation of an unfulfilled preorder by emailing biblehousegoods@gmail.com. If the expected ship date changes, we will email you and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the affected unshipped item(s) for a refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and tell you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at clark@thebibleband.com.
